Speckled ostrich plumes feature confetti dyed color or combinations of colors on one specially-selected BQ ostrich feather. Each feather is individually hand dyed. Due to the process of creating these feathers, there will be natural variation between plumes and differences in the dye. Each plume contains a large amount of usable fiber that will allow you to add depth and movement to your favorite patterns.
