Leech-a-bou is natural wild turkey marabou, hand selected and overdyed in a range of muted colors. My inspiration for this product was the leech patterns that are prevalent in the Adirondacks and other local still waters, rivers, and streams. These feathers will work well in a variety of other applications as well. Each package contains hand sorted feathers with a guaranteed variety of at least two dozen large feathers and some high-quality smaller marabou; you will receive some longer blood quills and an assortment of fluffy and more webby feathers, all of tying quality. They can also be spun in a loop or mixed in with dubbing. The natural feathers vary in color from quill to tip, so they appear to have a gradient of dye that will add a lot of interest to your finished flies.
